TACA raises funds through its signature events. The first is held in the spring each year, the TACA Silver Cup Award Luncheon presented by J.P. Morgan and Neiman Marcus. Two events fall under the umbrella of TACA Proscenium, presented by ALON USA and Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek—TACA Lexus Party on the Green and TACA RBC Wealth Management Custom Auction Gala.

These chefs dish up their signature cuisine at stations set throughout Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek. A silent auction and wine cork pull take place during the evening surrounded by vibrant musical entertainment.

2013 TACA Silver Cup Award Luncheon

Civic Volunteer and former Dallas mayor Annette Strauss created the Silver Cup Award Luncheon, which has been held annually since 1979, to recognize one man and one woman for their outstanding contributions to the arts in Dallas. The award symbolizes philanthropic excellence in the areas of art and culture.
