TACA and Mega Capital welcome you as Chef John Tesar, Chef Tim Love, and Chef Gianni Santin demonstrate their exceptional culinary skills and share their cooking secrets. You will also partake in a scrumptious three-course lunch. Chef Tesar will prepare a Faux Cuttlefish Pasta with Lemon Beurre Fondue and Osteria Caviar, Chef Love will prepare Rabbit and Foie Gras Terrine, and Chef Santin will prepare a Picon Blue Cheese Bread Pudding with Brulee Fruit and a Muscat Reduction.
